Verdicts. GREEN = every substantive machine check passed AND the vision judge agreed on all four screenshots. UNPROVEN = not a pass: no oracle had anything testable for this lead (no outstanding item in the Missive audit, no in-window client message in the Missive cache), so nothing was actually compared — an empty history is not evidence of a correct history. AMBER = the machine check passed but the visual half of owner rule Q4 did not (judge disagreed, or no screenshot exists for this lead yet). RED = a substantive check failed — a real client message is in Missive and in no Notion activity_log row.

What these four pictures do and do not prove. Only S1 (Notion activity log), S3 (the app's Full history) and S5 (the assembler the 03:00 AI actually reads) are compared to each other by message ID. S2 (Notion CRM contact page) and S4 (Missive) are not ID-matched — a vision model only judged whether each picture shows this lead's history. So a GREEN row means the three machine-readable surfaces hold the same messages, and the two visual ones look right. It does not mean all four were proved identical. Note also that only inbound e-mail replies carry a message ID at all — calls, bookings, notes and proposals cannot be ID-matched by anyone.

Blank squares. Every missing screenshot states its own reason on the row. Most are structural: the lead has no Notion CRM contact page, or the page exists with no history block yet. A blank is never counted as a pass, and any blank we cannot explain says so in those words.

Scope. The 03:00 AI pass only ever looks at leads that have a deal record, so each row says whether it is in that scope. Rows that are not are about latent correctness — history that must be right for the day a deal is created from it — not about what the AI drafts tonight.

Stop condition: two consecutive FULL passes over the frozen set with zero RED and mgreen == leads_in_set - unproven; a re-sample is not a pass. Status: NOT MET.
